Business Mentoring & Support
At Aravis UK, we strongly believe in the power of peer-to-peer mentoring, learning and problem-solving. We work with small groups of ambitious founders by holding monthly in-person events at great venues with expert guest speakers, using our Charter of Learning, Support, Respect, Confidentiality and Commitment.
We then support with action-based 1-2-1 mentoring through a small group of experts, whilst providing strategic insight, guidance and financing through our AraVisual Decision Ready Business Information Tool.

Financial Risk Analysis, Monitoring & Control
We are developing our new Decision-Ready Business Information Tool to support businesses financial risk analysis, management, monitoring & control - a bespoke Financial Scorecard that enables founders to understand what is driving their financial performance and resilience.

Business Risk Management & Mitigation
In partnership with Bellingan Insurance Brokers, we are developing a new Decision- Ready Business Risk Matrix tool to generate a visual picture of key strategic business risks, their financial impact and a clear risk mitigation strategy for each and link this to the Financial Scorecard.

the hawthorn scholarship
In Partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University
Iain studied MA Management Studies and completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies at the University. He found studying at CCCU a transformational experience, which boosted his skills, knowledge, and confidence.
In announcing their first ever scholarship in 2024, Iain said “I am incredibly proud of having studied at Canterbury Christ Church University and having had such a genuinely life changing experience. I thought it was important that we should do something to directly help and encourage students to have the same opportunity"
